Danielle is a physical therapist and the owner and founder of Revitalized Performance within CrossFit Amoskeag in Bedford, NH. Danielle has been practicing for over 8 years and specializes in working with patients looking to stay active or return to physical activities, athletes in CrossFit and a variety of other sports having a wide range of orthopedic injuries. She has helped many patients return to an active life style, walking or running program, lifting, and even CrossFit pain-free.

Danielle has extensive training and certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which is a “a reliable assessment process intended for all musculoskeletal problems, including pain in the back, neck and extremities (i.e., shoulder, knee, ankle etc.), as well as issues associated with sciatica, sacroiliac joint pain, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, muscle spasms and intermittent numbness in hands or feet”[1]. Based on a comprehensive assessment, Danielle is able to prescribe specific exercises and educate you on your diagnosis so you can gain knowledge and guidance giving YOU the power to control your pain, stiffness and ability to return to the life and activities you love.

In addition, she has also completed training to become a running technique specialist and taken several corrective Olympic weight lifting courses in order to best serve CrossFit and other recreational and competitive athletes. This has allowed her to become proficient in the ability to assist fitness athletes excel at their highest level by using proper technique of the fundamental movements in fitness athlete programming.

Danielle is passionate about using her advanced training in exercise and manual therapy combined with her in-depth experience and desire to stay up to date with the latest evidence-based research to help her patients get back to peak performance.

Danielle has a strong background in athletics having played Division I softball at Sacred Heart University. ​Since collegiate softball, she has become active in CrossFit to satisfy her need for fitness and competition. In her free time, she enjoys training at CrossFit Amoskeag, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and hiking with her husband, Zack and rescue hound, Grant.
