Steve loves to work with runners and individuals of all

ages and abilities. His goal is to inspire others to live a more active lifestyle and understand how exercise can lead to a pain free life.

Steve grew up in Phoenix Arizona where he loved participating in several sports, but primarily baseball which led to a successful college career at Salve Regina. This led to his passion for working with throwing athletes of all ages. Steve has also competed in several obstacle course races which include the North American Championships which gives him great insight into working with OCR athletes. When Steve is not working in the clinic, he is a trainer teaching HIIT style workouts and loves working out with a mix of CrossFit style workouts, strength training and running. When not in the gym Steve loves hanging out with his wife, Sarah, being outdoors with their rescue pup Maverick and playing softball.
